2010 Directors and Representatives:

As a director I will handle all work points, scheduling of shows, handle all issues within the district, answer any questions or concerns regarding our club and make sure all members follow rules of NBHA and the districts own bylaws.

Co-Director: Sonya Parker 936-368-7391 or sonyaparker@hotmail.com
As the co-director Sonya will be handling all class points and taking care of payouts for the classes.

Ordering end of year awards: Kathleen Allen , Brenda Agnew, Lesa Fenn

Work Points/Sponsors: Misty Stroud
Misty will be keeping up with the work points and who has paid their sponsor fees. She will have these available at each show.

Sign Up Table: We will need volunteers.
They will handle all entries. They will answer questions regarding membership and classes.

Concessions: Need someone to step up to do this.
She is responsible for setting up and taking down the concessions and keeping all items association with that. She is responsible for calling members to bring items for the next show and making sure there are workers for the entire show. She will pick up and return the money bag to the Director.

Representatives: These are members who will assist where they are needed. As with the above members, will assist the Director on making decisions for TX 22 and will assist members in welcoming them to our district and/or answering their questions.
